In 2009 we were just beginning our fundraising activities.  We collected items for Operation Christmas Child and managed to collect enough to fill two shoeboxes - one for a girl, one for a boy.  The boxes were full of pens and paper, toys, soap, toothbrushes.  All the essentials!  A picture of boxes before they were dispatched is below.
